Welcome, curious being

I will show you how to be human again

Hey, you :)

I am excited to have you here. You probably joined for one of many reasons.

My goal is simple: Help you re-discover what it means to be human again.

I know, I know.

WTF does that even mean?

That's a great question! I love how curious you're being ;-)

(I totally dictated that emoji by the way, and it is hilarious LOL)

What does it mean to be human? Well, in my opinion, being human is all about:

  1. being curious

  2. exploring

  3. discovering

  4. sharing

  5. creating

I like call this the natural process of curiosity. Where it starts and what it leads to.

Through this curiosity, it helps us take aligned action. It helps us living meaningfully. It helps us connect back to something fascinating. Something deep. Something that is everywhere yet… nowhere.

Looking for this thing, well… it doesn't work like that.

You have to SEE it.

What is “it”?

“IT” - that is exactly what “it” is.

“It” is the ground of all being, the source of everything that exists and does not exist.

It is what proceeds all knowing, what comes before time and space itself.

What is this thing?

Awareness. Wholeness. Consciousness. Oneness. Beingness (is that a word?). Isness (def not a word but I like it lol).

Awareness is what is the precursor to everything. Before you can have space you must be aware of space.

How can you know that there is a “here” or “there”?

Before you can have time, you must be aware of time.

How can you know there is a “now” and “then”?

To see time and space, meaning that you are the “subject” seeing the thing which is the “object”… requires that you are aware!

If you noticed something, in these three examples was a core commonality: existence

Something exists here. It exists now. I see it existing

But that means it does not exist there. it does not exist then. i see that it is existing rather than not existing.

This revealed something even more fundamental: distinction.

This vs That.

Here vs There.

Now vs Then.

Subject vs Object.

Exists vs Not Exists.

But like I said earlier, how do you know there is distinction? How do you know there is a “here”? How do you know there is a “there”?

How do you know something exists or doesn't exist?

You see, you must be aware of this distinction.

But if awareness comes before distinction, that means that awareness cannot be distinct. Therefore, awareness is whole. It is one. There is no difference in awareness.

You see, even trying to say that there is no difference in awareness creates difference. It is such a paradox! That is why you cannot name it that is why you cannot see it because seeing it would apply that there is something you cannot see.

That is why awareness is just “being”. it just “is”. it is just… “it”.

But you see, the amazing thing is, through our understanding of awareness, we can begin to see things emerge from the distinctions that we are aware of.

Existence. Space, Time, Subject-Object.

From the combination of these, we see more things emerge.

Self (me, inner) and Environment (not me, outer).

From these, we have branches:

Self → physical, mental, emotional (and some like to through in spiritual, but we already know that “spritual”, the “higher level”, is just awareness 🙂)

Environment → animate (society, others, animals, nature, etc) and inanimate (tools, resources, etc.)

We can combine these with “preference” and “without preference”.

And from the combination with this, so much more emerges.

But I want to talk about a particular one: observation and knowledge.

observation — seeing. noticing.

knowledge — recognizing patterns or organizing information

You see, there's an amazing thing here.

The moment you are aware, you are immediately observing.

“Why is this so powerful?”

Well, the moment you begin, observing, you start seeing things. These things are comprised of data points. 1’s and 0’s.

You may not realize it, but you are subconsciously organizing information the moment you begin observing. You are constructing it with an image in your mind. You observe a chair. You observe a door. You observe the screen in front of you with words on it.

Are the very act of taking in information you are already organizing it. It is inherent in the fact of taking in information!

“but again, why is this so powerful?”

Because of this: curiosity = the desire to know.

You see, the moment you begin, observing, it means you are choosing to observe rather than not observe.

And the moment you observe, you are taking in information.

That means you are choosing to take in information.

That means you are desiring to take in information.

That means you are… curious!

“Ayo Bobby! Are you thinking what I’m thinking!”

Yes!

That means the moment you observe, it means you are curious.

And like we said earlier, the moment you are aware, you are instantaneously observing.

Therefore, the moment you are aware, you are instantaneously curious.

That means…

Curiosity is our first desire.

It is an inherent, built-in tool to reconnect with awareness. To reconnect with wholeness. to reconnect with “being”.

So when I tell you, "I am going to make you become human again“, I'm not just going to help you become human again by being curious. I'm going to make you reconnect back with this awareness. Wholeness. Oneness. Isness (there’s that beautiful word again!).

Awareness naturally is curious.

So what am I going to do?

I’m going to help reveal what to you what you are naturally curious of. Where your awareness naturally is drawn.

And like I said earlier, curiosity just starts with this. But it leads somewhere to.

Curiosity/Awareness → Exploring → Discovering → Sharing → Expanding/Creating

Notice how I through in “awareness” and “expanding” in there. I’ll let you read through this newsletter a few times to figure out why. And I am sure that you will also figure out why it is called “discovering”, too.

But golly miss molly!

There’s a TON that goes into all of these things! From how to proper filter for stuff, how to understand things more deeply, how to actually discover insights others can’t see, how to actually share something such that other people are begging for you to share more, and how to build things that expand what others can do by using tools like AI.

Plus, there’s so much more than just this flow of curiosity.

You see, there’s another fundamental framework that awareness has, one that aligns every action we ever take in our life with SOMETHING, whether we know what that “thing” is or not.

And I will reveal to you how to control naturally (“control without trying to control” as one might like to say).

“and is there anything else you’ll be talking about in this newsletter?”

yessir! I will be sharing my own curiosities that my awareness draws me to. You’ll read about my own personal experiences and where they lead to, including the things I am building and how I am doing it.

“What do I need to do now?”

Right now, all i want you to do is just open your eyes and observe and see what you see. This is your first step in becoming curious. In becoming connected with awareness again.

In becoming human again.

Expect more newsletters like this soon, my fellow curious being.
